Here’s another crock pot recipe that I love and have found that others love it too! And it’s only 4 ingredients!
Salsa chicken can be used for many occasions and goes great in a tortilla as a burrito or even as a dip with tortilla chips. You can add a little sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce to spice it up a bit once it’s done. It’s so good!
Salsa Chicken (Crock Pot recipe)
3-4 Chicken Breasts
2 cups Salsa
1 can Corn, drained
1 can Black Beans, drained
Put all the ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours or until cooked all the way through (it depends on the crock pot, mine cooks really fast so it tends to not need as much time). When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the crock pot, shred it, and stir it back in the crock pot mixture. And that’s it! Put it in a tortilla with your favorite toppings – avocado, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc., roll it up and eat! Enjoy!
