I just love BBQ chicken pizza! And it’s pretty simple to make. There’s nothing better than some Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce (that’s our family favorite) and chicken plopped on a pizza. Yum!
1-1 1/2 lbs chicken breast cooked and cubed
BBQ sauce (as much as you want)
1 red onion diced
1 can pineapple tidbits well drained
12 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
2 cans crescent rolls
Press out the crescent roll dough to make a crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Mix chicken, onion, and BBQ sauce in a bowl. Spread mixture onto the pizza crust. Top with pineapple and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Slice and serve!
