My husband and I LOVE change. We like new places to live, new hairstyles (Alan is almost more excited than I am when I get my hair cut), new places to eat, new things to decorate our apartment with, new places to visit, new seasons, and newly arranged furniture.
Our internet has really been acting up these past few weeks. I usually use Alan’s Mac laptop in the living room to do computer stuff while the Bammer sleeps, but the internet kept cutting out. It works better on our desktop (which is a PC), but it was in the Bammer’s room and I didn’t want to risk waking her up by going in there. So we decided to move our desktop into the living room which also gave us more space in the Bammer’s room. We got to move her changing table from behind the door to where the desk was and I love it! We stressed over how to move our kitchen table, fit in the high chair, and fit in the desktop and desk all in the same area.
So we opted on moving the stools out of the room (we’re going to keep them for when we have more people over, our sitting space is limited), made the high chair a part of the dinner table, and put the desktop in the corner. I actually really like how it turned out. You just have to use your small spaces the best you can!
And we really like to have the computer in the living room instead of a bedroom. We love having it in a spot where someone can always see what you’re looking at. This will especially be important as our kids get older. So it’s a good habit to start now. 🙂
