This week has been a little crazy, but has ended more chill and relaxed. We had a crazy Halloween last week which you can read about HERE. And Bammer has been sick all week. And then threw up 3 times in 24 hours. Two of which was when Alan was at work, so I got to clean it up alone. Luckily both times, Lowie was asleep. Blessings! Alan and I figured out the stats for Thursday.

I’m glad he thinks I’m a super mom. 🙂
Fortunately the rest of us didn’t catch what Bammer had, but both Alan and I fought head colds this week. So we’ve all been sick, except for Lowie which is amazing. Having a sick baby is hard!
Last weekend Alan and I went on a date to Rumbi’s, then we grabbed a gourmet cupcake at the Sweet Tooth Fairy (it was divine!) and then went mini golfing. That’s one of our favorite dates to do together! We had a blast!
We also bought a fun little sitting station for Lowie. She loves it! It’s fun for Bammer too – she not only likes to play with Lowie more when she sits in it, but also enjoys sitting in it herself.
Tuesday we took the family to vote!
And I made a pumpkin roll! It was amazing! I’ll share the recipe with you Monday so make sure you come back to get it!
Wednesday we visited my parents and my mom took me shopping and for pedicures while my dad watched Bammer. It was so fun and such a nice gift! Especially when I was really in need of some new clothes. I got another pair of colored skinny jeans! Woot!
The last two days we’ve just stayed home since Bammer has been sick. Today she was super mellow and cuddly. We watched lots of TV and she’s been eating better. I know you’re not supposed to watch much TV at my daughter’s age, but I figured it’s ok when she’s sick.
And today it snowed and snowed and snowed! All day! Alan took our SUV to work today. I have a feeling he’ll need to a couple of times this winter. Bammer insisted on going outside so we bundled up the girls and played on the patio for a few minutes. When she’s better we’ll have to have some real snow play.
And here’s hoping for a less sick week!
