I’m not always great about thinking of gifts and so I pour over pinterest for ideas…but here are some of my favorite ideas – some you can buy and some you can make – so you don’t have to look everywhere.
Things You Can Buy Him
My husband loves polarized sunglasses and we’ve bought a few cheap pairs from Walmart that break or melt in the hot car. But we found some awesome sunglasses that he loves! Nectar Sunglasses has some really awesome colors to choose from that are so fun for summer! My husband is a classic type guy, so I went with black frames with black lenses. And they’re really reasonably priced.
This would make a great gift for the dad in your life!

My Pop Rocks
Put together this awesome basket of “Pop” themed treats for your dad to enjoy.
Check out this fun little tag to go with a spatula! I’m sure you can add some other grilling utensils along with it.
Datevitation Coupon Book
You can get this for your husband or your kids can get this for their dad. This is a fun website that allows you to choose date ideas to do with your husband or fun activities your kids can do with their dad. Then he can pull out the coupons when you’re ready to go out and have fun!
Head to Datevitation and use the promo code LEARNASWEGO and you will get $10 off plus free shipping!
We love children’s books. And both my dad and father-in-law love to read books to the grand kids. So I thought these would be fun books for them to read to the kids when they come to visit. I haven’t actually read either book, but they both sound really cute!
Things You Can Make Him
We Like to Learn as We Go
What dad wouldn’t love a cake all to himself?
This is hilarious and so clever! I know my husband would love the kids to drive cars on his back. A little back massage for any hard working dad is a great gift.
Father’s Day Goodie Bags
My daughter actually made this in preschool on Monday. She put a really cute note in it of information about her dad (which is fun coming from a 3 year old) and a bag of s’mores which had golden grahams, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. And they actually decorated the ties. Alan loved it! And Kami was so proud!
You could use a printable for the note like at Kinzie’s Kreations.
Bacon Sticky Buns
This printable is so clever and every dad loves bacon right?
Father’s Day Gift Blocks
I love gifts that have to do with pictures. They’re such a good way to keep memories! This would be fun for a dad to keep at his desk.
